Company
Founded in Fukuoka Prefecture in 1918, Tanaka Iron Works has continued to evolve through dramatically changing times all the way to the present day. Yet neither the passage of time nor our own international expansion has cooled our passion for "monozukuri" (craftsmanship).
Our technology is founded on care for both people and the environment, and we look forward to continue bringing it to users around the world.
Message from the President
Founded in 1918, Tanaka Iron Works first started making asphalt mixing plants for the road construction field in 1952. Through our history of over a century, we have contributed to society by delivering solutions that satisfy customers.
As CO2 reduction and other environmental and energy issues grow increasingly important, we intend to hold fast to our corporate credo of "Limitless Originality," maintain a spirit of determination in every new project, and honor our tradition of reliability in business by continuing to offer safe and secure products to our customers.
Thank you for your continued confidence and support.

Company Credo - Quality Policy
At the time of our founding, when our first president Yoshiaki Tanaka was struggling with a lack of staff, materials, and funding, he would encourage his employees by saying "We may not have money, or things (facilities), but we do have passion and creativity, don't we? We'll use that to fight on!" That is the source of our credo. At the Tanaka Group, we have inherited the gift of our founder's spirit, which still guides Tanaka Iron Works today.
