Our contaminant removal system, "Suitoru," is an elimination system that uses an unprecedented, totally original mechanism. "Suitoru" is a hugely effective way to improve the quality of your materials at a reasonable cost. It can also be installed in existing plants at the conveyor transfer section, eliminating the need for extensive remodeling.

- "Shujin": Dust Collection for Aggregate Transport Equipment
Dust from the aggregate transport area is a constant problem in enforcing consistent moisture content control.
Allowing escaped dust to go free can have a serious impact on the local environment and facilities.
To resolve these issues, Tanaka Iron Works developed Shujin.

- Hot Storage Silos
Hot Storage Silos store and ship material produced by asphalt mixing plants. Naturally, they can be installed alongside asphalt mixing plants, but we have also developed satellite hot storage silos that offer effective use of limited space and consideration for the environment in urban settings. These allow materials to be shipped 24 hours a day, sharply improving responses to a range of needs.

These ecological plants are designed for maximum environmental conservation and recycling based on the knowledge we have accumulated over more than half a century of plant construction. Deodorizing plants, intermediate processing plants for construction waste, polystyrene recycling plants: we offer a wide range of solutions that play a variety of roles, and consider this an important part of our research and development.
